Terms and conditions of Business

  • Fees are based on an hourly rate, unless otherwise agreed. Time spent will be accurately tracked.
  • Account clients will be invoiced on the last day of each month - Payment is strictly 7 days from date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed
  • ‘One off’ assignments will be invoiced on completion of task
  • Payments to be made by cheque or BACS – any bank charges incurred as a result of returned cheques shall be the responsibility of the client
  • Additional costs will be incurred for postage, telephone calls, travel expenses, hard copies, stationery etc, these will be itemised on your invoice (prices subject to change without notification)
  • Bulk mailing costs must be paid for in advance
  • Our clients are guaranteed that their work will be handled in a confidential and secure manner and it will not be disclosed to any other party, directly or indirectly, nor will it be used to benefit As and When Admin Services.
  • We will sign a confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement on request
  • For any work requiring the use of software other than Microsoft, the client is responsible for paying and providing the software and licences, unless otherwise agreed
  • All tasks will be proof read before returning them to you, however, responsibility for contents and final proof reading rests with the client. (Any errors will be rectified free of charge within 48 hours of sending completed assignment) As and When take no responsibility for the content of any assignment
  • As and When Admin Services reserves the right to refuse an assignment without explanation
Prices are subject to annual reviews - clients will be notified 1 month prior to increase
